Disruption, Observation, and Refinement

 In Change Leadership, Change Management

“Life is the art of drawing sufficient conclusions from insufficient premises.”                                                                                      Samuel Butler

Over the past few months, we took a hiatus from writing blogs.  We used the opportunity afforded by the pandemic to observe the disruption of this unwanted intruder, enrich our insights, and refine our methods and tools.

This once in a century event has shined a spotlight worldwide on what is working and, also, glaringly exposed flaws and failures.  The existential inflection point of climate change, pandemic, and sociocultural change further highlights that this is not, quickly or quietly, going away any time soon.  This realization sharpens the focus for personal and organizational change-related knowledge and skill development to navigate the turbulent times ahead.

As the uncertain year ahead unfolds we look forward to hearing from you, sharing insights on the art of leading change, and building upon key lessons learned.

Be well and stay safe.
